Set the vision. Sundae handles the busywork.
Every AI planner answers “when.” Sundae asks “who for.” Define the roles you actually play — founder, parent, athlete — and one short guided session turns them into a real week on your calendar.
Reading your open time
Watch a week build itself.
Your roles, not your inbox
You name the hats you actually wear. Every question Sundae asks is scoped to one of them, so nothing competes for the same hour by accident.
Each goal gets drilled down
“Work out every morning” isn't a task — it's seven. Sundae reads the cadence out of how you said it and plans the blocks that follow from it.
Then it finds the room
Sundae reads your real calendar, fits each block into open time, and hands the whole week back for one confirmation.

Not another to-do list
Plans around your roles
Not a flat to-do list — your week, organized by who you're showing up for.
Turns goals into blocks
“Work out every morning” becomes a real, done-for-you calendar plan.
Follows up all week
A daily nudge to log what got done, and a per-role scorecard you review at your next session.
What Sundae does with your calendar
- It reads your calendar to find open time — that's how it knows where a block can actually go.
- It proposes; you confirm. Sundae never writes an event on its own.
- You can edit or reject any proposed time before it's created.
- Delete a block later and Sundae notices, so your scorecard stays honest.

Questions
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- Yes. The 7-day trial is card-backed — you won't be charged until day 7, and the first charge is $7.99/month. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing.
- Which calendars does it work with?
- Google Calendar. Apple Calendar and Outlook aren't supported yet.
- Will it put things on my calendar without asking?
- No. Sundae proposes blocks and waits. Nothing is written until you confirm, and you can change the time or drop the block first.
- How long does a session take?
- About ten minutes, once a week. The first one runs a little longer because you're setting up your roles.
- What if my week falls apart?
- That's the normal case. Each week starts a fresh scorecard, and anything unfinished simply gets picked back up at your next session — nothing carries a penalty forward.

Your first session takes about ten minutes and ends with a week already on your calendar.
